Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds tomato(es), plum, chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) cheese,
    mozzarella, part-skim, diced
  • 2 tablespoon olives, Kalamata, pitted, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, red wine
  • 2 tablespoon oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon basil, fresh, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon marjoram, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, black ground, to taste

Preparation

Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, vinegar, oil and garlic. Add basil, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand to allow tomatoes to release their juices.
